Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Cheer

There is a no refund policy.

Flag Football

ALL Registration Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE Exceptions to this policy may be requested to the President, in special circumstances such as injury or relocation. Choosing not to play, losing interest in the sport, expulsion due to a violation of our code of conduct policy or moving to another local program do not, in the view of Simsbury Youth Football & Cheer League (SYFCL) , qualify for a refund. If a refund is approved, it would be less any fees and expenses incurred by SYFCL - including, but not limited to - financial processing fees, uniform and equipment already ordered.

Tackle Football
